Design
Graphic designing at The Souled Store, as you might expect, is a very exciting job. You get to work with our super-fun design team, be a part of the design creation process right from ideation till manufacturing, and basically learn a lot from everyone around you. We urge our designers to think out of the box, so if you have a completely ridiculous idea, we’d like to hear that first.
You will also get to be a part of all events that we associate with which include college festivals, music festivals, corporate events, exhibitions, and social events which will be an incredible learning experience.
Design Captain a.k.a Full-time Graphic Designer
Duration: Full-time
Location: Mumbai
Remuneration: As per industry standard.
Requirements:
- Absolutely badass design skills (ninja level)
- Should be well-versed in design softwares such as Abobe Illustrator/ Adobe Photoshop/ Corel Draw
- Past relevant internships/ work experience if any
- Ability to push your own boundaries - not just 'how it should look' but 'why this design would work'
- Ability to communicate effectively around design concepts
- Ability to interact freely and comfortably with colleagues
- Should be open to feedback

Design Cadet a.k.a Graphic Design Intern

Marketing
As part of our marketing team, you will be the face of The Souled Store and represent us at corporate houses, schools, colleges and events. You get to come up with strategies and ideas to market and promote us and help increase awareness and sales.
Your role would include accompanying our partners in meetings, bringing in new business and adding to our current avenues and verticals. Good communication skills are a must.
Marketing Captain a.k.a Full-time Marketing Executive
Duration: Full-time
Location: Mumbai
Remuneration: As per industry standard.
Requirements:
- Should be a Graduate
- Past relevant internships/ work experience if any
- Ability to handle clients/ projects on one’s own
- Promote The Souled Store on your social media profiles by sharing pictures/ videos
- Should be pro-active in contacting various outlets and getting the word out
- Should continuously think of innovative ways of marketing the brand
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Good at content writing (optional)
